Mission Statement

The mission of Phoenix Reintegration is to assist those required to register as sex offenders reintegrate into society after incarceration or during community corrections, providing resources to build new and fulfilling lives where they no longer see themselves as offenders and commit to the goal of “No More Victims”.

Our Programs

Support Groups

Support Groups are provided and facilitated by Peers who are trained to use the GPS model. These groups are closed to registered individuals only and follow curriculum developed by a certified facilitator.

1to1 Peer Support

Peer Support is providing resources while helping too remove roadblocks for individuals on a path to recovery from something in their lives. Support is provided by South Carolina Certified Peer Support Specialists.

CoSA Model Support

CoSA (Circles of Support and Accountability) recruits, trains, and matches groups of volunteers with high-risk clients. These circles promote community connection, support positive life choices, and demand accountability in the reintegration process.

Our Goals

Reduce Recidivism

Recidivism refers to a person’s relapse into criminal behavior. Our programs seek to reduce recidivism through processes support and accountability.

Expand Across South Carolina

Phoenix Reintegration is in its founding year and currently operates in Lexington county. Our goal is to move quickly to support Richland county, and become a state-wide program by the end of 2026.

Change Lives

Sex offense convictions and registration greatly hinder the ability of people to succeed after serving their sentences. Our goal is the success of our clients in building fulfilling lives in their communities.
